Scenic B2B is the business-to-business storefront operated by Shivaay Mobile Accessories Hub for retailers. By placing an order, you confirm that your business, contact and delivery details are accurate and that you are authorised to order for that business.

Prices and minimum order

Catalogue prices are shown in Indian rupees. The qualifying merchandise value must be at least ₹2,500. Price, available stock, pack rules, shipping and the payable amount are checked again by the server before a payment session is created. Invoice tax treatment follows the seller details and tax registration confirmed for the order; the storefront does not infer a GSTIN.

Payment and shipping

Prepaid orders with qualifying merchandise value of ₹10,000 or more receive free shipping. Otherwise shipping is ₹249 at ₹2,500, plus ₹30 for each completed ₹1,500 band above that value. COD requires a compulsory 10% online advance on the payable amount, with the displayed balance collected on delivery.

Rewards

Earn rewards worth 5% of the final payable order total (after discounts and reward redemption, including shipping). Rewards become available after delivery and full payment; COD requires collection of the balance. Each grant expires one calendar month later at the same India time, with month-end dates clamped to the last day. On a subsequent order, choose to use up to 5% of your unexpired available reward balance, rounded down to the paise. At least ₹10 remains payable. Rewards are not cash. Unpaid cancelled or failed checkouts release reserved points; fully refunded orders restore used points only while the original grant is still valid. Rewards earned on cancelled or refunded orders are reversed; any already spent portion reduces the future available balance.

Cancellations and refunds

Scenic operations may cancel an eligible order before dispatch. Captured online payments are refunded to the original payment source through Razorpay; banking timelines are controlled by the payment provider. Post-dispatch concerns follow the shipping and returns policy.
